2/1/2013 - Fairmont Hotels & Resort's Fairmont Leadership Promise program completed by Infinite Media

Toronto, ON – Today, Infinite Media, an integrated digital company, announced completion on yet another milestone project with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts on the Fairmont Leadership Promise.

Building on Fairmont’s globally successful Fairmont Service Promise Program (also developed in collaboration with Infinite Media and FranklinCovey), the Leadership Promise program will be geared to Fairmont leaders managing employees; helping them to lead, motivate, and energize staff based on Fairmont’s mission of “Turning moments into memories” for their Guests worldwide.


Infinite Media partnered with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in 2009 to produce materials for the Fairmont Service Promise – a key strategic initiative reaffirming the luxury hotel chain’s brand promise of “Turning Moments into Memories” for their Guests worldwide. The initiative provides all Fairmont locations with consistent messaging on service delivery, and the program is undertaken by all Fairmont Colleagues – of which there are over 30,000 worldwide.
