Toronto, ON – Infinite Media, an integrated digital company, is pleased to announce that its project with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts on the Fairmont Leadership Promise, completed in 2013, continues to be used by Fairmont to ensure compliance to policies and procedures, engage Fairmont colleagues, and provide the highest level of customer experience excellence.
The Fairmont Leadership Promise Program builds on the success of the Fairmont Service Promise Program which was also developed in partnership with Infinite Media. It is designed for the Fairmont leadership team to enable them to inspire, engage, and lead their teams to go above and beyond in providing the best possible experience to Fairmont guests every day.
The Fairmont Leadership Promise Program consists of e-learning and training resources for members of the Fairmont leadership team which help them build and expand their customer experience skill set within Fairmont brand pillars, thus ensuring a consistent brand experience for each and every guest worldwide. This compliance training program, developed by Infinite Media, ensures that every employee at all levels of the organization receives consistent brand messaging to fulfill the brand’s promise of “turning moments into memories”.
